Life is Good Award

Yesterday, Josie's files sent me a message to Mary Anne's Musings, telling me she has an award for me. I was not able to post an entry regarding with the award because I have to go to a birthday party right after I updated all my blogs. Just today, Heart's of content of a Mama sent me the same message about the award. To save my energy, thoughts and to whom would I forward the award, I just write an entry here in this blog since for now I don't have Meme's to write for. For Josie and Mel thanks for this award, I really appreciate this award you both had given me.

Rules:

  1. Answer the 10 questions.
  2. Give this award to six other bloggers
  3. Link back to the person who gave this award.
  4. Let them know about the award.

1. If you blog anonymously, are you happy doing it that way; if you are not anonymous do you wish you had started out anonymously so you could be anonymous now?

No, I don't want to blog anonymously I mean what for? I have nothing to hide as I don't ruin some other's lives everytime I write an entry.

2. Describe one incident that shows your inner stubborn side.
I guess that was not being stubborn but I want him to just show me some evidence, I don't want to elaborate he knows what it is.

3. What do you see when you really look at yourself in the mirror?

For now, broke, disappointed and upset but I know this would pass by I mean I guess GOD will not give me these trials if he knows I could not make it.

4. What is your favorite summer cold drink?

Yay! It's always Coke, that's why I am have this bulging flabby belly. Grrr!

5. When you take time for yourself, what do you do?

Go to some place with my kids or friends if it is Mommy Time, oh just like yesterday.

6. Is there something you still want to accomplish in your life? What is it?

Yes there is but it really depends on my husband, anyway it's really up to him. Can I just keep it to myself if what really is it?

7. When you attended school, were you the class clown, the class overachiever, the class shy person, or always ditching school?

Uhmm, I was the class clown at times, when I'm in the mood for making jokes with them. I was also not an overachiever though but an average achiever. Just like if I study, I could get a high score but if I don't, surely I would fail.

8. If you close your eyes and want to visualize a very poignant moment in your life, what do you see?
A very happy family with their father beside us, how I wish it would happen this year.

9. Is it easy for you to share your true self in your blog or are you more comfortable writing posts about other people or events?

I am more comfortable sharing my life's endeavor and experience as an individual, sometimes I would share other's lives but I made sure I don't put names on it so to hide their identity if it is something that is not good for them but one of us could learn something from that experience. I also love talking about some events that some of you did not know it even exists.

10. If you had the choice to sit and read or talk on the phone, which would you do and why?

I would choose reading my favorite magazine or books, but things keep me busy these days how I wish not to, I guess I really don't have time anymore unless a friend would invite me to have a dinner outside or be at somewhere.

Whew! Those questions are a bit hard that I have to think over a few times before I come up with an answer. Anyhow let me share this award to some blogger friends here:

There's a Rainbow after the Rain

I am in a hurry; my friend just invited me for a beach party together with her family. So folks I'll be leaving you with a nice song, entitled "There's a rainbow after the Rain" so when you are in a depressing moment right now, just remember that even how hard the storm in life would hit you, there's always a rainbow that must bring you happiness along the way. Have a very happy Monday to you all!

"Rainbow"

Fallin' out, fallin' in
Nothing's sure in this world no, no
Breakin' out, breakin' in
Never knowin' what lies ahead
We can really never tell it all no, no, no
Say goodbye, say hello
To a lover or friend
Sometimes we never could understand
Why some things begin then just end
We can really never tell it all no, no, no

But oh, can't you see
That no matter what happens
Life goes on and on
So baby, just/please smile
Coz im always around you
And ill make you see how beautiful
Life is for you and me

Take a little time baby
See the butterflies color's
Listen to the birds that were sent
To sing for me and you
Can you feel me
This is such a wonderful place to be
Even if there is pain now
Everything would be all right
For as long as the world still turns
There will be night and day
Can you hear me
There's a rainbow always after the rain

Ohh, whoa

Hittin' high, hittin' low
Win or lose you should go, yeah yeah
Getting warm, getting cold
Weather could be so good or bad
But baby this is life now don't get mad no, no, no

Coz oh, cant you see
That no matter what happens
Life goes on and on
So baby, please smile
Coz im always around you
And ill make you see how beautiful
Life is for you and me

Take a little time baby
See the butterflies' colors
Listen to the birds that were sent
To sing for me and you
Can you feel me
This is such a wonderful place to be
Even if there is pain now
Everything would be all right
For as long as the world still turns
There will be night and day
Can you hear me
There's a rainbow always after the rain

Life's full of challenges
Not all the time we get what we want
But don't despair my dear coz I know now
You'll take each trial and you'll make it through the storm
Coz you're strong my faith in you is clear
So ill say once again this worlds wonderful and
Let us celebrate life that's so beautiful, so beautiful
Ohhhh

Take a little time baby
See the butterflies' colors
Listen to the birds that were sent
To sing for me and you
Can you feel me
This is such a wonderful place to be
Even if there is pain now
Everything would be all right
For as long as the world still turns
There will be night and day
Can you hear me
There's a rainbow always after the rain

Can you tell what happen in the picture?

One night when I was so busy in our living room, Faith was also screaming in our bedroom, she seemed like she was so displease over something when I open the door and found her in front of the computer this was what I've seen.

Was she hurt? Nope, definitely not, she was whining because my headset does not fit her head. Of course, it is because the size of that headset was mine, and she was so frustrated why it did not fit her right. And when I took the headset out on her head, I heard music came from the computer! So that was it, why it frustrates her as that, because she can't listen to the music right. LOL

In Loving Someone

How do you love someone? Is it through looking what she got or her beauty? Or is it through looking her mistakes or what she doesn't have? How long will you love someone, two years, three years or forever? What are really the best tips to make your relationship a successful one that would eventually end up getting married?

And how would you work on your marriage without fading the burning love you felt even before. Loving someone would be easy at the very beginning but sometimes after two years, the love you felt towards that person is gone. Then you start gazing at someone else, hoping that another one would last until forever but then you realized it would still the same thing as before, you would again look at someone else, and it goes round and round. Wouldn't you stop and ask why things happens like it just goes on circle? What is really the best thing to do to love someone forever?

Have you love someone that doesn't possess what you want for a lover or for a person perhaps? Well, I guess this is hard, how could you love her while she is not perfect for you? But, you know what; this is the secret recipe for your marriage and your relationship to succeed. When you love someone, you have to love the whole package, even the ugliest thing she possessed physically not only the beauty that she has, because when your love is based on what she looks like, your love would fade because all the physical allure is a fading thing but when your love is based what she is within, you could love her until your last breath, you know why? Because the beauty within would last until the end of time.

A Good Renter

When I and the owner of this house I rented now agreed to see each other in the mall so I could pay my rent, she was with her friend at that time and I was so flattered how she was proud of me being a good payer. Well, I always made sure that I paid them just before the due date; I believe it is my responsibility to remember always my obligations. And it is so sad to know that some renters could not meet their promise date to pay, some even are hiding just to avoid paying the owner, although some circumstances could not be avoided why the renters have to do some absence during the pay time.,

I could ask for nothing more of this though, it has a three bedrooms, the living room is quiet enough for us, the dining, the kitchen but one thing that I want to change here if I have a budget, I might redo the flooring because the red cement was not put up properly. I guess cheap laminate flooring would do as we won't stay here for long, my husband would get us eventually. If the day would come for us to move out from this house, I am sure I will miss this house so much.

French Fries and A Milk for Snacks

We were home alone yesterday, as I've said on my previous post my sister Merlyn was not able to come here because she has to grocery shop in addition for their stocks at the store. This morning she told me what did she bought yesterday, she always tells me even how much they income from their store. It is good to know that the store I built for her, helped them a lot to utilize their daily expense although I am still handing her money when she is here so to at least the money from their store could roll back to buy another stocks.

So when my sister is not here to assist me with Faith or doing some household chores, I and Faith still had a fun time, later in the afternoon I cooked her a home made French fries, I supposed to cook a pancake for Mj but we run out of egg, oh geez that reminds me of the salmonella that hits my husband last week. I was so worried and upset because of that, his flight was cancelled. Staff from the airport sent him to the LA General hospital; I was relieved when he was fully recovered. I hate salmonella; I still love eggs though in fact we will buy that in the grocery today right after I would send Mj to her swimming class.

On the other note, here's Faith smacking the French fries with her milk beside her for her snack.

This is my beloved Faith, relaxing while watching her favorite program in TV. She is indeed growing rapidly so fast. Her Dad was even amazed how articulate she is on the phone. Oh that is another post for me in my other blog.

Planning to be at Disney

It is one of my greatest dream to see the Disney and I guess my kids as well, especially Mj. I and my husband were talking about Disney vacation packages a year ago, he also wanted to have a vacation with us there, maybe when we go to Florida to visit his Dad, our dream to be at Disney in Orlando, Florida will come true. Hence, we just need to prepare for that like we have to save a bunch of money so we could buy some souvenirs from the place, oh I also want to see some fireworks display especially of that castle, I am not sure whose castle was that I've seen in the video.,

Faith would definitely amaze if she would see some character in real, she always a fan of Disney channel and I could see her giggle when she watches their shows. In fact, we could leave her in the living room while we were busy doing some house chores, or when I am busy here in front of my computer. As long as she is done with her breakfast and already have taken a bath, expect her to be so glued watching in Disney Channel, right now she is watching Oggy and the cockroaches.

Home Alone

I and Faith are home alone today, it's Thursday and my sister would be very busy to buy some stocks for her store. Faith is watching TV right now while smacking some snacks, a French fries and of course her milk. I heard her laughing at Mr. Bean; she even told me what it is all about. I just laugh with her instead. I felt bored already but to hear her singing and laughing at times, I can't help to giggle her in the bedroom.

Later, my eldest would be home soon, she said she would try to be home early since I promise her I would cook a hotcake for her, I bet she is excited to know it. It is her favorite, oh specially the syrup. Actually, it is the syrup that makes my pancake so yummy without it, I am not sure if she still want to eat it.

I felt bad

Just this month, my friend told me that the baptismal of her son will be on the way but I got too busy and she forgot to send the invitation as well. I so wanted to come to the party since I was not able to attend her baby shower when she invited me, not to mention that she has a very stylish baby shower invitations back then, it was not that I don't want to come to the party, it was because Mj's graduation for her swimming class on that day as well. So I promised myself not to be absent during her son's baptismal but due to some circumstances I was not able to come again.

I only have few friends now since they are already went abroad for good and invitations for an event is so rare, I was really so upset that I was not able to attend to the party. I mean, it is not because I am a party goer or so, it is just, it was one of her important day that I would supposedly one of the witness but because I get too busy at times. I just hope when invitations come next time, I am fully available.

No Plastic Bags on Wednesday

I was once shopped in SM and I was so astounded when they hand me a paper bag and not a plastic bag with my grocery items inside it. It was Wednesday and they said its the policy of the management that every Wednesday they should not be using a plastic bag instead they would used a paper bag to support a green environment. Yeah, I don't have problem with that, but their paper bag is not so durable and it would easily torn apart, I could see the bagger having a hard time with it because he has been replacing and replacing the paper bag because the moment he would hand it to me, it was already torn apart.,

And oh the plastic bag, we used that for putting some trash now I have to buy a trash bag for our garbage because of their policy not to hand us plastic bags, uhmmm that gave me an idea not to shop in SM during Wednesday. LOL

Who's to blame?

I thought the hostage crisis that happens yesterday would only take half of a day, I even change the channel because I was confident, and the authority could solve it the soonest possible time, because as I've seen it in the news that morning, the situation was so lax. I could even see some passengers looking at the window; I am not sure if they were worried about the situation, but they seemed so relax. One even wave at the people around. I was so surprised that when I open my twitter account last night, updates from news, celebrities, even the cnn popping in tremendously so I open our TV and tuned it in ABS-CBN, I heard someone shoot a gun, and some were already hysterical. That night, I realized the Philippines were viewed worldwide.

I don't know whose to blame actually, some says it was the authorities that were lacked of training regarding with the crises, the negotiator, the media, the people around and the brother of the hostage taker. I could see the police did everything just to save the Hongkong national inside the bus, but they said it was not enough, it was not their best. Other countries called the Filipino monkeys and they are already put a black label for our country, they are announcing to avoid travel plans to the Philippines. It is unfair knowing that there are cases like this on other country as well, but could we blame them? We can't because they also have points and they are so mad of the result, why it ended so brutal. It is indeed so sad why it has to end that way.

It rained so hard last night; I guess the weather give its sympathy with what happen. Our deepest condolences to the victims, as a Filipino we also feel your grievances and our heart cried so loud because of the crisis, we are also affected. Peace to you all and God bless the Philippines.

The best for us

There are many tv reviews I encountered whether in a forum or discussion over the Internet, sometimes they would interview some buyers which tv’s they would like. Well, it is indeed important to know which one is the best for us so when we watch our favorite program in tv we are comfortable, it should be something that is durable and the quality must be competitive enough.

During that time, when I was shopping for my appliances, one thing I desired for a tv is an lcd tv but our budget was not enough, well on the second thought, since we are not staying here for long, I just choose a flat tv that looks like the one I want. Yes, my sister told me that, it was like an lcd tv. There are many televisions to choose in the mall, good thing I found the one I want, and one more thing, it was on sale at that time, so I got a fair discount.

Obviously she still had fun

I only seldom brought Faith to wonderland this time and the moment she steps in, she was so busy with all her toys scattering around. Even her sister was not there since she has to attend her Kumon at that time; well obviously Faith still had fun.

Not in the mood

I am super not in the mood today, I wanted to go to the mall to window shop for nfl t shirts for my two nieces but I went to the salon to have my hair cut off and I have my nails redone as well. Right after the salon, I went to buy a bulb for our living room because it hasn't been working since last night. Good thing Mj called me up to asked me where I am because I was able to inform her to tell my sister Merlyn to do not cooked dinner because I'll be bringing some food, I bought a roasted chicken for dinner, the kids were delighted for our sumptuous dinner.

On the other note, I'll be buying my nieces some shirts when my husband would arrive, that would be his present to them. Maybe we would buy those when we go to Manila; I hope GOD will help him get a flight soon.

Durian Anyone?

Ever since I learned that the Durian can help us to boost up our platelet count when one has a Dengue Fever. I then promised myself to eat Durian fruits, in fact I ate one when I was so sick, I didn't like the taste of it at first but later on I eventually learning to love it. Yesterday, right after we arrive home, I volunteered to buy some vegetables for dinner at the small market near our place, I also went to a fruit stand to buy an Arancillo Durian, it is small but it has a lot of seeds inside. Too bad because we were already full and we can't finish the whole seeds of it, so my sister brought it at their house.

On the contrary, Faith doesn't like the taste of it, unlike her sister MJ, she hate even just a smell of it. Last week, when we went grocery shopping, I eyed this image at the entrance of the mall. It was a huge Durian fruit. I immediately asked my kids to pose for awhile, as we were waiting for their cousin to arrive.

Will be out for shopping again

This week, we will be heading to Manila for an appointment so I might need a new slacks and a blouse. If my money is still enough I might also find myself an apple bottoms jeans, my jeans are so small for me anymore and I definitely need a new one. I hope the malls are still hitting the sale today, I supposedly shopped for myself yesterday but Faith is getting so nosy around, she doesn't even want to be held and we are worried if she gets lost. So we decided to go home right after we're done paying with their items and when we finished paying our pizza.

I'll bring my niece with me so I could buy her a blouse. This is definitely our little bonding, since I will just leave my kids at home with their Aunt. Well, its Mommy time today so I will just enjoy the moment of it.

Stuck in Los Angeles

My husband got stuck in Los Angeles. He called me a while ago and said he was sent to the hospital at Los Angeles from the airport for food poisoning. He was throwing up in the airport, and his tummy aches, the staff from the airport helped him, although he is alright now and he will be released by tomorrow I can't still be at ease, I'd been up since 5:00 a.m., waiting for his call again. Oh GOD let him be alright, we'd been too much crisis these days because of health problem, please help us.

Insurance that you can count on

My family's health is always has been our top concern, my husband told me that once we get to the states he would apply us a health insurance so if any of us got sick, we will not worry anymore for our expenses. In North Carolina they have this short term health insurance NC, my husband has been telling me regarding this; he said he would look for it there in Maryland if they have this short term life insurance. I guess, I've mentioned here as well that I have my own health insurance and my beneficiaries are my kids, although my husband can afford to pay the hospital bill, if ever we are sick, I still did not slipped the chance for this opportunity, I grabbed it and paid for it every month. It is still a good idea to cut out expenses and you have an insurance you can count on.

Price Increase

If some of you thought that the Philippines has the most cheapest goods well you are totally wrong, because all the grocery items are increasing even at wet market. Fishes and meats are incredibly high now even the electric bill has been rumored to increase twice this year. They said that it was due for dry season last summer that's why the sugar increase but heck it has been raining these past few months already still the price of the sugar continuously increasing. I wonder where we all go with this unstoppable circumstances, I even setting aside the thought of buying my own car because of price hike, gas for cars vehicles will increase in due time.,

If I won’t extra careful with my budget I will be totally out for just a couple of days. I am not even sure if Mj could continue her swimming next year maybe we will stop her training after the novice competition on summer if we are still here. We plan to enroll her in the states for swimming but if this crisis would continue, I think we can't do that anymore. Mj would understand for sure, I know she will.

The Letter

I just want to share this letter from parents towards their children, I tell you it is so touchy, I even cried when I read this. I miss my parents so much, how I wish I still have them by now but I guess GOD always has plans for all of us. So when you still have your parents around, don't ever forget to say thank you and I love you, because most of the time, our chance had passed to say those words and when we are ready, they are already gone.

How I wish to shop today

The malls are on sale today and they are open until 12:00 a.m., I wanted to look around and shop though but our budget was so tight since we just got sick, oh how I wish to buy a personalized lip balm since my lips get easily cracked after I got sick but oh well I guess that could wait. What matters up to this day is that I and Faith's anti biotic and medicines are complete, we just have to intake it at the right time so this virus will never go back.,

I hope tomorrow when we have some time. I might want to look around the mall. I just hope they are still on sale. There are many things I want to buy for the house other than a lip balm, like a fabric clothe for our couch, some pillows and new curtains. How I wish to buy those things in an instant, without minding the budget at all but I guess being at the budget department it is just so hard to spend money right away without thinking the extra expenses you may incur the next few days.

Saturday 9 # 15 : Superstition

When I woke up this morning my headache was gone finally after three days of having it. I thank GOD that he did not left me during my down moment, I thought I am having that fever but oh well I surpassed the fever for two days. So here's my Saturday entry today:

1. What are you superstitious about?

That when a brown butterfly would come inside to a house, you will have a visitor in next few weeks.

2. What’s the story behind one of your scars?

I was hit by a car

3. What are three things that you would rather be doing right now?

I don't know since I really have to make up my blogging business, it has been like three days since I did not visit my blog pals.

4. What do you do when you're bored?

Sleep

5. What's your favorite thing to do? Why?

Blogging well it give me money hehehe

6. What do you do when you're lonely?

I'll just play with my kids or watch TV with them

7. How do you measure the passing of time in life?

Uhmm let me think...

8. What would constitute "the perfectly lived day" for you?

With my husband and kids living in a house and be happy.

9. If you knew you were going to die in a year, what would you do in your final days?

Spent my whole remaining days to all my love ones.

Mommy Moments : I Love Books

mommy moments

Mj is not into books if I will not say read her English book in Kumon, she will not do it, and she only studies when it is quiz time good thing her school would give them a surprise them a quiz almost everyday so she is obligated to review her notes or to study. On the other note, Faith is the total opposite, she love to scan books and I guess she wishes she could read them, so I sometimes open the computer for her to watch a starfall.com and imitate the phonetics they are using.

Nostalgia # 9 : When I Was Hired Being One

Photobucket

It was the year of 2006 when I decided to try to apply in a call center company here in our place. It was not easy at all. Right after I was interviewed, they had to give us all the info one month before we will be hired, and we were not sure yet if they would hire us because they have to choose who was the most capable and since we were like 100's applicant I think, it went down to 90 then to 80 up to 50 from there they have to test us how to deal the customer over the phone in actual basis. Then we were under mass interview so on and so forth, I was so down when I learned that five of us were not qualify, they terminated us after one month of training. So we made an appeal and question them that the mass interview should not be the only base why we were not hired, so they asked us to go up to the call floor again and answer one phone call from a customer then they told us to just wait for their call.

I was already hesitant if I will be hire, I was already so down since I need to have a job at that time. When the next day, I received a call from them and said I should be there at the graduation ceremony, I was confused and asked the operator if I am already hired then she said yes. When I arrived at the venue I found out that the two of us did not make it and of all the graduates we were the only one who did not wear the sporty stuff while it was the theme on that day for the graduates.,

It was a long journey and I made some friends in the call floor, sure it was a very busy job when you are on queue but it made me realized I could definitely do the job even how tough it was. Although there were nights that I could encounter some irate, helpless, and some nonsense customers, but you know what made me get on with that kind of job? It was some friends in the call floor who made me smile every night. That includes two of my friends here who are already engaged in blogging business.

For your insurance needs

Our home is one of our most valuable investments. We also take pride in the appearance of our home and always want to show it off to our friends, family and neighbors. But we must also protect our home, its contents and ourselves. A cheap home insurance is not always the best option. It can be if it has the right amounts and types of coverage but just because it’s cheap does not make it the best. I am all for saving money and cheap home insurance can save several hundred dollars a year. It’s always best to shop around for your insurance needs and select the home insurance that is right for you a the best price.

Wednesday Wickedness # 11 : Oprah

My Wednesday Wickedness entry:

1. “I don't think you ever stop giving. I really don't. I think it's an on-going process. And it's not just about being able to write a check. It's being able to touch somebody's life.” What was the last thing that you did to help somebody’s life?

Just this month

2. “Breathe. Let go. And remind yourself that this very moment is the only one you know you have for sure.” How long have you ever held your breath?

I think I can't

3. “As you become more clear about who you really are, you'll be better able to decide what is best for you - the first time around.” At what point do you think that you really decided who your were?

The day when I got married

4. “The more you praise and celebrate your life, the more there is in life to celebrate.” At what time of the year do you think you celebrate your life the most?

When we are together

5. “So go ahead. Fall down. The world looks different from the ground.” Are there times when you thought you had fallen down and learned something about yourself?

Yes, don't do the same mistakes again and thank GOD I didn't

6. “Devote today to something so daring even you can’t believe you’re doing it.” What was the last thing you did where you thought that you could not believe in what you were doing?

When I was in college, I thought I could not pursue it but oh well I did.

7. “Where there is no struggle, there is no strength.” Do you think that you must struggle to become strong?

Yup

8. “Doing the best at this moment puts you in the best place for the next moment.” Do you feel that life’s experiences always prepare you for what there is to come?

Exactly

9. “The biggest adventure you can take is to live the life of your dreams.” Can only a rich person feel this way? What do you think Oprah means by this?

Nope, even those who doesn't have much could live the life as long as they keep on dreaming that behind those walls there's a better life ahead.

10. “I do not believe in failure. It is not failure if you enjoyed the process.” Do you believe in failure?

Maybe

The Interpretation

Interpretation:

Situs Solitus
Normal atrioventricular and venticulo-arterial concordance
Intact interatial and interventricular septae
Patent ductus arteriousus measuring 0.8 cm with continuous doppler signals with maximum gradient of 30 mmHg
Normal pulmonary artery pressure by pulmonary acceleration time
Good left ventricular systolic function with ejection fraction of 74%
Left atrial and ventricular enlargement noted; normal right atrium and right ventricle sizes
Left sided aortic arch
No coarctation of the aorta

Conclusion : congenital heart disease, patent ductus arteriosus

When my husband tried to make a research for it, this is what he found:

Ductus arteriosus did not detach, and it should be detach automatically the moment she was born. Failure of a child's DA to close after birth results in a condition called patent ductus arteriosus and the generation of a left-to-right shunt. If left uncorrected, patency leads to pulmonary hypertension and possibly congestive heart failure and cardiac arrhythmias. Prostaglandins are responsible for maintaining the ductus arteriosus. Closure may be induced with a drug class known as NSAIDs such as indomethacin or ibuprofen because these drugs inhibit prostaglandin synthesis.

I just hope we could get another option aside from being operated. I posted it here so I will be able to track her heart if it really enlarge. Maybe after a year, we will let her do the 2D Echo again.

Life and Love

I'll be visiting you back and will leave you comment some other days, I just want to breath some fresh air right now. My life has a lot of challenges, I don't want to elaborate but one thing for sure this would all pass by. I believe Love would conquers it all we just don't have to give up, this is only some sort of storms that soon it will go away, I am looking forward for a shiny sunny day.

For my husband:

I love you so much and I want the whole wide world to know that, no matter what happen I will always be here for you. And I will never give up, I know sometimes I become too impossible and I always thank you for being so understanding. We will get through this hon; we just have to hold on. I love you and I miss you so much.

The Place You May Want To Live

My Aunt is a real estate agent; she has been bugging me if she could set me up an appointment for a house trip. We did some house trip before but it was not just the right time to get a spot from the subdivision. Last week when she invited me again for a house trip, I pursued, since my husband told me to look for a house to stay when we decide to settle here. Of all the house trips I did, this is the nicest location with great amenities I've ever seen that I want to get a spot for an instant. But of course, I need the approval of my husband, more often that not it's him who would pay the loan, yet I am super duper overly in-love with the location.

You may want to view their website here:

This area would be the pool and the restaurant

This is the temporary a house guest for now,
but they said this place would be two restaurants

And this is my favorite spot for a house,
its 250 sq meter, I hope it is still available when we decide to buy a lot here

There are more amenities you will see when you click on their website:

Driving the ATV

Have you ever been on an atv? Well back in 2004 my husband was telling me about his companies trip to Whistler in Canada. They had their company meetings there and one of the activities offered was riding an atv through the country side. The atv he was on was a four wheeler which offered more stability and it could go as fast as 50mph on the open road.

One of the highlights was driving through a shallow mud pit. They went through it about three times and through a running water. But he said the most enjoyable part was the scenery and the just the fun of driving the atv.

Mommy Moments : Lights, Camera... Pose

mommy moments

One favorite pose that my kids has were when we went to the studio to have our photo shoot. Faith was able to pose as its best when the camera man started clicking his camera. And Mj well no matter how I tried to push back the time, I guess I can't because she started to grow taller now and sooner or later she will become a teenager.

Happy Mommy Moments everyone!

Nostalgia # 8 : My Old School

I already have post this picture a long time ago when I have to get my baptismal certificate where I was born. After I got my certificate, I and my sister roam around the place where we live for so long, I just feel so nostalgic at that time, especially with my old school.

The school has been developed; I didn't know that it has a biggest area. But I could still see that old school when I was on my 1st grade; it was the same school I was in, the trees that surround the school, the rooms, all of it. This is weird but I could still see myself there, playing with my classmates.

Wednesday Wickedness # 10 : Chelsea Clinton

Faith was so hyper last night, I could not even get to click for adgitize or entrecard so I decided to put her to sleep first, when all a sudden I was the one who fell asleep, grrrr. Anyway here's my entry for Wednesday Wickedness.

Today we picked Chelsea Clinton. Here's Wednesday Wickedness!

1. “I think with our problems with hopelessness and cynicism that [the solution] ultimately has to come from the young people themselves. We've got to realize we are the future and we make of our future what we make of it, and ultimately we have to do it for ourselves.” If you had a wish for your future, what would it be?

I already achieved my dreams maybe I should wish for my kids future that they would both finish their college.

2. “We proved we could be safe and secure at home, and still have more allies and friends in the world.” Tell us about a couple of your closest friends.

They are both married and funny and someone I could lean on, the other is single yet and she is the one I always laugh with.

3. “I had seen people who had lost everything and everyone they loved to war, famine, and natural disasters.” What is the most that you have ever lost?

My parents

4. “We grieve for the loss of life, ... I ask you to redouble your resolve and help your neighbors.” What was the last thing that you have done to help a neighbor?

Not a neighbor but one of my friends, one was diagnosed to have a cancer, I was able to lend some and the other one was she just gave birth and their money was not enough for the bill, I withdraw my savings to borrow her some. I know it was not enough but I hope it helped her.

5. “I think they were interested in it.” What have you done to help someone because of a shared interest?

Uhmm I guess none

6. “How we use these surpluses in this moment of prosperity will determine America's future for decades to come. Nothing will more surely determine it than making the right choices…” What do you think the priorities of the United States really should be?

I should ask my husband about it

7. “For all the tornadoes Arkansas has, and the ones that have hit around Little Rock, we never had one just basically come down Main Street.” What was the last severe weather situation that you and your neighbors endured?

We are lucky here because we were not able to experience those, even storms or flood.

8. “I had seen people who had lost everything and everyone they loved to war, famine, and natural disasters.” Who among the folks you consider family or friends has lost the most?

Two years ago but good thing they were able to recover my nephew who was captured by some rebels in the province.

9. “I Do.” If you’ve been married what you’re your thoughts when you said that? Or if not, what would you hope them to be?”

To be with my husband forever

10. "I'm a big health-food freak and a vegetarian devotee." Have you or are you a vegetarian? Thoughts?

Nope

Someone should remind me of it

Sometimes I get too scared here in our rented home, I have so many things going around my mind, what if there is someone tried to get inside our house and we are alone? What if they would break the door or the window to get inside, I know I am just thinking so weird this time because we have a three locks to secure the door and every night before we hit the bed, I and Mj will make sure that all the windows are lock so there's no way someone would break in.

I thought to buy a more secured door knob or put a double lock in our bedroom though, how I wish the Baldwin hardware is just around the corner so I could have many choices to pick, because I know they are only offering a durable one. Not to mention the interior design for living room doors they have on the site, it is so stylish and yet so it has a dependable quality.

Moreover, my budget is not enough yet to buy a double lock for our bedroom and when I have enough I would tend to forget about it and I'll just remember it when I get home at night. Next time, I'll make sure it is on top of my list, or someone should remind me of it.

Heavy Rain

Right after Mj was finished with her English in Kumon, a heavy rain pour down, that even though I have my umbrella with me, we were still soaking wet. Good thing when we went down from the other Jeepney, another Jeepney heading home parked near us and so we went. I slept in the Jeepney because it was so cold, Mj keeps on looking for the flood in the street, it was strange for her not to sleep she was just so curious about until where the flood goes, she was asking me of it but I was so tired to answer.

Now I am half recharge so I'll be visiting some of you tonight, I didn't know it was a bit tiring to house trip and to talk to my Aunt about the In-House Financing and Bank Financing, I hope we could own a part of it. Wish us luck!

Latest Bonding

That was Thursday that I decided to go to my BFF's house with Faith since it has been awhile since I went to visit their house. One more thing she would have her interview very soon and I am very optimistic that she would pass the interview then that would be might our last bonding if ever they would fly on August.

Just recently she told me that she already received her visa and they would book a flight on August. I don't know how to feel though, I was sad but I was so happy for her as well.

On the other note, here are the pictures of Faith and Kaegan when we went to their house for a visit last week. Obviously Faith was having fun with Kaegan; she tried to give him the baby bear and wanted to get inside the crib, maybe to sit beside her friend. Kaegan was also responding to her by saying “ah, ah

Come inside Ate Faith, let's play

Oh no, I can't get inside Kaegan,
maybe you just have to reach out for your teddy bear

Are you having fun with the teddy bear Kaegan?
Enjoy! I'll just watch you here
