Thank You For Bringing Us Back Our Freedom

I just watched the Journey of Ninoy in TV and I was so touch and admired by his story, who would not be? I guess all of you knew what happened to him right? Why did he choose that way when there is another easiest way out?

My father admired his determination of fighting just to have our democracy back but he can't showed and tell it to the whole world because he is afraid that someone might know and our life must be in danger, he used to tell us, yet I was just I guess 7 years old at that time, that if someone asked us who would he vote, we will say we don't know. We have to whisper when we talked about government and military.

I was just so young to know what life has been during that time, we are blessed because my father was with us and even he wanted to join the rally but he chooses to stay because of us. And I guess, your parents had choose to be quiet so that your family as well, will not be in danger unlike some of those people who tried their best to tell the whole world that what Filipino needs at that time is freedom and democracy just like Ninoy, although he had been imprisoned for 7 years and 7 months he never lose hope that someday the Filipino will achieves its freedom, a freedom that we deserve. Yes, he almost gave up as every father, he wanted to be with his family and laugh with them, embrace his kids and all that. But prayers and inspirations lead him to sacrifice more; I was just too young to know about that, too young to understand why he has to offer his life in exchange of freedom.

Right after I watched that episode, I bowed my head and whispered a little prayer, saying my thanks to the LORD, because he has sent us someone who would serve as an instrument to help us to open our eyes and had fight a peaceful battle, thank you to all the people who endeavor their best so that we will be freed from a law that has never been right for us.

I know that we are still struggling until now, some Filipino's are still dreaming of a good life, some are still hungry. But now at least we are free to talk and to say what is it in our heart and in our mind, life is a matter of choices, it is still up to us what path should we walked into, with GOD is our strength I know we could defeat whatever storms will come our way.

Strike With Allergies

Right after we went to watch a movie, we went to the powder room that is when Mariel dropped my pressed powder onto the floor. It was all smashed and damaged that I need to buy a replacement to the nearest boutique inside the mall; I found one pressed powder that is much cheaper than of what I have before so I bought it and a concealer.

Three days after I applied that on my face, I feel some small red spots in my face and it was so itchy. It was then I realized I might have an allergy with the concealer and that pressed powder I bought, the spots went on until I took anti-histamine, a medicine for allergy, the small spots started to fade and I hope it will gone perfectly without any trace.

I gave the pressed powder to my sister and I order the powder that I used to have before from my sister Irenie, I guess I have to stick with that. Even that is expensive than the one I bought, if that's the only way not to have this itchy small spots.

Two Year Old Girl Sold Out

When I heard about this from my sister about a two year old girl being sold out by her mother to an Indian who is known as Bombay or Turko in our place, I couldn't help but to worry about the girl's situation. The Mom as what my sister told me had no choice because she cannot feed her two kids anymore, and to her frustrations she was reported to 163 an agency here for child's abuse, because she beat her eldest who is only 5 years old. Thus, that is not a valid reason to hurt her kids or to sell the other one to a stranger, what she did could traumatize the baby, because a two year old kid could identify already who her mother is, didn't she love her baby? Does she know that the stranger could also sell the kid to another stranger and used her to a certain illegal business?

I just hope that the stranger had a warmth lovely heart and will not sell the kid, thus he would keep the kid and will treat her as his own. God may bless the kid and will shield and protect her from any harm.

How Could Someone You Love Say Goodbye?

It is either in death, betrayal and or because the love just fades away, someone had to say goodbye. Yes it hurts but someone had to face the reality that sometimes all the things that we used to have won't last forever.

But what I don't understand is that, why would the two lovers decided to get married then after how many months, will end just like they're blowing bubbles in the end. Then after like few weeks, you will see the other one already had someone with. Why had to be fall in love then later decide to be apart? Why would promised everything in this world, while the one you love cannot even make it., But which one is worst a relationship that ended, with betrayal or ended with death? He is dying and you could not take him back, he is no longer there and that will be forever.

Hence, when love still blossomed, when the one you love is still there with you, don't let time loose you, say it while he can still hear you saying, that you love him or her so much.

A Perfect Cup

I like a good cup of coffee in the morning. It always starts my day in a positive way and gets me ready for work. I especially like the rich flavor of espresso. New Addiction

Due to public demands, now I have to admit that I got a new addiction and some of you already might know about it because it is the addiction of everyone lol. I just recently joined the talk the town, the Farm Town, I am still a neophyte even in the restaurant that I just recently put up with the help of my niece.

That is why I was not here since yesterday because I was so busy plowing and harvesting and hiring for waiters, hahaha! I didn't expect that it is this fun.

He Must Have Been Pissed Off

It was a sunny morning, Grace and I just logged out from work that we decided to drop by at the gym. You must imagine that since it was morning, we haven't sleep yet, we were a bit tired from the queue calls from last night but we are persistent to drop by at the gym, I know we should have been took a diet pills or must search a diet pill reviews online but we thought that a work out must be the best alternative.

The trainer started to instruct us what to do slowly, step by step and all that, but we counted the number so fast while doing the work out, the trainer abruptly told us that we were doing the wrong way, we then blurted out that if we would do it slowly as he requires, we might fell asleep on the floor right away. He must have been pissed off because after that he doesn't care anymore, he just let and left us there operating the treadmill by ourselves.

GI Joe The Rise of The Cobra

The other day, Clarinda invited me for a movie entitled GI Joe I was hesitant since my money is only intended for the giveaways that day so she treated me instead. Aside from I don't have a money; I may not like the sound effects as well because I am sure it must be loud.

Since Clarinda was persistent and because she is pregnant I must follow what she want to do, she might get disappointed so much if I won't agree with her lol. But anyway I enjoyed it so much and if I did not go with her I would surely miss half of my life.

Here is the synopsis:

The film opens in France, in 1641. The Scotsman Klan McCullen has been accused of selling weaponry to both the Scots and French. Rather than being executed for treason, the jury brands his face with a white-hot mask in order to humiliate him. In the near future, weapons expert James McCullen (Christopher Eccleston) has created a nanotechnology-based weapon capable of destroying an entire city. His company MARS sells four warheads to NATO, and the U.S. Army is tasked with delivering the warheads. Duke (Channing Tatum) and Ripcord (Marlon Wayans) are delivering the warheads when they are ambushed by the Baroness (Sienna Miller), who Duke recognized to be his ex-fiancee Ana Lewis. Duke and Ripcord are rescued by Scarlett (Rachel Nichols), Snake Eyes (Ray Park) and Heavy Duty (Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje). They take the warheads to The Pit, G.I. Joe's command center in North Africa, and upon arriving rendezvous with General Hawk (Dennis Quaid), the head of the G.I. Joe Team. Hawk takes command of the war-heads and excuses Duke and Ripcord, only to be convinced to have them join his group after Duke reveals that he knows the Baroness.

McCullen is revealed to be using the same nanotechnology to build an army of soldiers with the aid of the Doctor (Joseph Gordon-Levitt), planning on using the warheads to bring panic and bring about a new world order. Using a tracking device, McCullen locates the G.I. Joe base and sends Storm Shadow (Lee Byung-hun) and the Baroness to retrieve the warheads with assistance from Zartan (Arnold Vosloo), inflicting casualties on several G.I. Joe soldiers. After a fight, Storm Shadow and the Baroness retrieve the warheads and take them to Baron DeCobray, the Baroness's husband, for him to weaponize and use them to destroy the Eiffel Tower to serve as a showing of the warhead's destructive power. Making their way to Paris, the Joes pursue them through the streets but are unsuccessful in stopping them from launching the missile. Duke manages to hit the kill switch, but in doing so he is captured and taken to McCullen's base under the Arctic.

G.I. Joe locates the secret base and fly there as McCullen loads three missiles with nano-mite warheads. After Snake Eyes takes out one, Ripcord pursues the remaining missiles in a prototype Night Raven jet while Scarlett and her group infiltrate the base. While Scarlett and Snake Eyes attempt to shut down the Arctic base, with Heavy Duty leading an attack on Cobra's forces, Duke learns that the Doctor is Rex Lewis, Ana's brother believed to have been killed on a mission led by Duke four years ago. He was trapped in a bunker with Doctor Mindbender (Kevin O'Connor), disfigured in the blast which everyone presumed had killed him. The Baroness tries to free Duke but the Doctor reveals he has implanted her with nano-mites which has put her under his control for the past four years, admitting his amazement that she is resisting the programming. Attempting to kill Duke, McCullen ends up being facially burned as he flees with Rex to an escape vessel. Duke and the Baroness pursue him while the Joes fall back when Rex activated the base's self destruct sequence.

Rex then heals McCullen's burned face with nano-mites, encasing it in silver as he christens McCullen "Destro" and assumes the identity of Cobra Commander before they are captured by G.I. Joe soon after. On board the supercarrier USS Flagg, Baroness is placed in protective custody until they can remove the nano-mites from her body. Meanwhile, Zartan, having been earlier operated on by Rex, infiltrates the White House during the missile crisis and assumes the identity of the President of the United States (Jonathan Pryce). Life Could Be Lighter

Maybe I should say weight could be lighter if you are not fat and have used the best fat burners but life is just like a wheel sometimes you really have to struggle your patience to achieve your goal, like getting slim perhaps, there are sacrifices to be made just to reach the waistline that you are dreaming of, and a lot of hard work just to lose weight.

I am crossing my fingers not to lose weight because I think my weight is alright, I hope to at least flatten my stomach, that is my major problem right now. Do you know that my hope could be compare to one lonely strand of my hair to fix this flabby belly? I guess I have to face that I just could not get rid of my fats that easy unless if I do exercise like 100 million times or more in a day, how I wish to just borrow the wand of a fairy God mother so that in one snap of my finger, I could have the waist line that I desire.

My Kids Are Sick

Tomorrow, Faith will have another MMR vaccine; she also got colds so it will be included in tomorrow's agenda. But when I went home tonight from the Mall with Clarinda, Mj and Mariel got a terrible cough, in fact right now they are sleeping in the living room so Faith won't be affected much, Mj told me that she had sent again to the clinic because her tummy was aching and she got sore on her throat as well. I am running out of medicines, I also don't have FERN-C vitamins anymore stocked in my bag and I am running out of funds!

I wanted to send the kids to their Pediatrician but since they have classes and Mariel is cramming for her project to be submitted by tomorrow and my money would only be for Faith's vaccine, I might just buy them a Salbutamol and Solmux.

I hope to send them on Saturday if they are still not be alright, I am bombarded with expenses right now that sometimes I don't know which one will I settle first. I am actually thinking to go back to work to help Terry some expenses here at home, I hope to find one but I am not sure, where, what and when, life sometimes is hard.

Maruja Has Ended

My favorite horror series every Saturday has ended, Christy finally saw Gabriel and reunited with him as Maruja, Ross as the Romualdo from the past, aim a gun to Gabriel but Christy was the one who got shoot, Michael hurriedly went to Ross and tried to grab the gun from him, each one wanted to snaffle the gun then they heard a gun shot, Michael saw Ross slowly laid down in the ground unconscious, he shoot himself unknowingly during commotion.

Ross died and Christy was saved, Christy visited Gabriel most of the time when she is free and takes good care of him, Gabriel died later, Michael as the persistent suitor to Christy, he won her heart at last after Gabriel died. Though it was not cleared up if Christy's third eye went back, this horror series is a successful one.

Thinking To Buy A House In An Exclusive Subdivision

When I sent Terry a link for a new subdivision that will be put up near at my eldest sister's house, he sent me back a link for a very exclusive subdivision nears a mall, he even told me about the price of that house he like, and yes it was huge but it is so expensive as well. Although we are not sure yet if we buy it since we are taking it very slowly, we would start the plan after the wedding and we will see if from there if we would like to settle here or in the US since he said that the new government had set policy that might affects their health insurance and taxes.

On the other hand, if we ever buy the house that he likes here, I am planning to buy the best commercial furniture in town for our veranda or patio, so if we want to smell fresh air outside or the kids want to hang around in our front yard, we could just sit there in the patio while looking at them playing. In the contrary, it is either here or there, as long as were together and as long as our patio would be set up at that, I don't care at all, what matter is that we are happy and we would never say goodbye in the airport anymore.

So Sweet

Faith woke up in the middle of the night and as I was trying to let her fall asleep, Mj went inside our bedroom and later help me sang a song for Faith. Faith still did not fall asleep, instead she extends her arms to her Ate Mj to let Mj know that she wanted to be carried by her, maybe she knows I was already tired carrying her and swing her around a bit in my arms. Ate Mj got up from bed and carried Faith in her arms, you see Mj is a thin girl and I bet Faith is a bit heavy for her anymore, but she did not mind it, she still carries her and sang for her.

I felt asleep for a bit in our bed and when I was able to open my eyes again, my little girl still clung on Ate Mj with her head on Mj's shoulder. I got up all at once and took Faith from her, it was then my little baby said "Mama" And Mj went to bed to sleep for the school tomorrow. I am just a lucky Mom here to have these little kids around; Mj is so sweet to her little sister and so as Faith to her, they really get along so well, no jealousy or anything like that between them.

Who Am I?

My eldest daughter love to sing, she can even memorize all the songs that she like, she sometimes follow the lyrics in the MYX where they would show the video with the lyrics and afterward she would sing it by herself. And mind you, even I did not enroll her to any voice lesson studio, she can still sing very well.

And one of the songs that she frequently sang is "Who Am I?" Actually I just asked the title from her today on our way home, when we heard it over the radio in the taxi cab we were riding, she rapidly said "I know the song" then she sang it, I just knew it now that it is a gospel song as I tried to listen every words.

It was on Wednesday during the Non working holiday and the street and highways were supposedly quiet not until when a jeepney bumped to a 10 wheeler truck nears our place. 4 died on the spot including a pregnant woman. It was too horrible for the family knowing that it is the driver's fault, he has been recklessly overtaking vehicles and trucks and unfortunately he was not able to foreseen the truck on the, left side going downtown, and right there and then the jeepney's hood flipped up.

I myself was able to experienced drivers who really driving so fast, that you would almost fly high as they drove on the road. The accident on Thursday would be a lesson to all of the drivers out there, who doesn't care the lives of their passengers.

What Shall I Do?

I am really having a hard time teaching my eldest daughter for civics, it’s just a simple memorization and a little bit of analyzing the question to get the right answer, she could not still get it.

Her tutor told me this afternoon that she cannot start teaching Mj today as she had some errands she needs to attain for, so what else can I do but to wait her to start on Monday. However Mj quizzes cannot wait until next week, we need to review her notes especially in CIVICS. Math has always been her favorite subject so I don't have any issues with that, but GOD forbid why is that CIVICS subject is really hard for her. Could anyone tell me the techniques on how to teach her at such? I graduated in Commerce major in Accounting so teaching was really not my field, maybe there are some ways of teaching kids who are not into analyzing or memorization, they said I should not be objective; instead I should assist her to understand the contents. But what are the ways to do that?

I know I should gave her a break as she is adjusting yet to her new school, but I can't just let her with low scores, not with Math though, Oh Civics! Why are you so hard to understand? Please comprehend. Waahhhhhhhhhh,

Thank God She Do Not Pee In Our Bed At All

Finally, Mj reaches her maturity to do not pee in our bed, she had stopped and will wake up when she feels like to pee in the middle of the night and go to the comfort room for how many months now. My sweat and hard work to train her thoroughly had resulted good, it is not that I just trained her recently, she was just maybe a late bloomer or her gall bladder was not that matured enough for her to feel it before she peed. I thought she would be like my cousin who pee until she got married, imagine? She still peed in their bed when she's in college, gosh! I was really scared for Mj to be like that, I don't want her to be tease like that from her playmates.

Now, I have to concentrate a potty training for our little love bug, I know it will only take a little time for her to use the toilet bowl since when she feels like to pooh, she would say " O O" but when I get to put her on the toilet bowl, she is so uncomfortable to sit down maybe because the bowl was hard for her little butt, and that she goes down to play in the water at the container beside the bowl.

I Have Fallen In Love With The Same Woman Three Times

I heard the song first time when Jose Mari Chan was interviewed in ABS-CBN, the day when Madam President Cory Aquino died of Cardio Respiratory Arrest, as we all know, she suffered from Colon Cancer for one year and 4 months now. Her being courageous, sincere and honest made a remarkable memory to each one of us, memories that would always be in our hearts to keep. Though it is hard for us to see her go but we must, respect and follow the will of GOD as she already made her battle and fight for what she believes in and now we must bear in mind that she is at rest with God in heaven.

At rest with her husband the late Senator Ninoy Aquino who admire her, since the first day they met, thus the poem was created on their 19th wedding anniversary. The poem tells how her husband love and adore her simplicity, while he serve for the nation, her humble wife created a home for him.

I Saw Her Fell Out From The Crib

My little baby Faith slept in her crib, since she got affected when the elders are sick when I put her in our bed. I have not yet buy a double bed because our funds are not enough to settle for one, I already made a canvassed for it and holy cow! The frame alone would cost us P9,000 so we have to set that one aside, anyway I could still make a solution of separating Faith from us and the only way to do that is to put her on her play pen for her to sleep.

Early this morning, she woke me up with her voice from the crib saying "Mama" you see I have to be alert when she is awake, because she might jump from the crib or stand up and would touch any things that are within her reach, and one wrong move she could fell out from the bed. Although she does not attempt to jump, not that yet, but I have to be cautious of that, so if she is awake you have to get her from the crib to avoid accidents. I already put her out from the crib this morning and because I was too sleepy, she keep on bugging me in our bed and sometimes pull my shirt to get up. When she notices that I ignore her, she went to the living room with Ate Mj. At that time Mj was already awake because of Faith's noise.

I was sleeping at that, and sometimes overheard Faith talking from the other bedroom with sister Irenie this time, Mj was already in front of the computer watching Mr. Bean once again in You Tube. Suddenly I saw Faith in the crib standing up and tried to reach up something in the other cabinet, I can't move I was so shock because while reaching out for whatever she wanted to touch from the cabinet, she fell from the crib and her head hit in the floor. I got up from our bed right away while screaming her name "Faith!" And suddenly I opened my eyes, knowing that it was all a dream, thank God! I then decided to got up and follow Faith in my sister's bedroom.

I am just reading the Eclipse of Stephinie Meyer the continuation of the Twilight Saga and once more since my schedule here is so hectic; I still did not finish it yet. And since my camera is still on the way, I will just grab some pictures in Google.

I Wish To Have This Gadget

Terry sent a MP3 for Mariel and Moreen as his Christmas gifts last Christmas, I have not ask for this gadget because I thought I am too old enough for it, but when I tried it once when I went out, I really had a good time. How I wish to have this one someday or ipods perhaps, so I could get to listen for new music’s and songs that I like, because as of this time I am only listening to You Tube Music Videos.

Aside from this gadget, there is one thing that I like to have and guess what it is? A new camera and Terry purchased it just last night, he asked me if I like the Nikon camera and I told him as long as it has fine result and it is user friendly, I'm on it. So folks watch out for my new shoots and pictures as it has been a long time already that I have not posted any new pictures here.

Mommy Moments - Look At That Mess!

Yes, I know that this post is late for Mommy Moments every Friday, yesterday was just too busy and I really had no time to feature the Mommy Moments-Look at that Mess! I supposed to post it at night time, but I got to depressed and can't think anything that it seems like impossible for me to find a picture as such, I hope this post would still count for Mommy Moments entries.

The first picture was taken when Faith had her first feed of Gerber, she was just 4 months old in the picture and she was too excited to have the second, then third and fourth spoon of Gerber, though she got too messy, she still look so cute with the baby food around her mouth.

The second picture was when Terry put soap on her nose, it was their first time to meet and see each other and yet they are already comfortable with one another. Terry is already fond of Mj the first time he saw her, on the other hand Mj felt the same way also.
