Happy Birthday Leighanne

I never thought it is Leighanne's second birthday today, I mean I already knew that her birthday is fast approaching aside from my the Friendster reminding me of her birthday, we were also invited on her first birthday last year.

It only slipped away in my mind today because I was too busy taking good care of Faith since yesterday. My Sister Merlyn had to attend her daughter's graduation day and they also have a visitor to attain to.

Good thing that my ever-dearest friend Clarinda did not forget to invite me this afternoon when I was about to log off. She buzzed me then and told me that it is Leighanne's birthday and we are invited. I rapidly prepare the kids and went off to the mall first to buy Faith's milk, we also went to Chowking to order her favorite Congee while me and Mj ordered a Halo2x.

We got the birthday girl two dolls as her gift, although it was so hot and Faith did not take her afternoon nap, we still have a blast! Mj was able to won something from the game while Faith was busy looking around.

Beware Of Those Hackers

I get to visit our Homepage last night and while browsing, I was able to open a site from a friend containing a warning message to all people who are always using Internet and Computers to be aware of the on going hacker these days.

We are aware that Internet has been our tools now to communicate and to get any details from the outside world when we are away from home or just staying at home without this gadget we may not get through with our emails, we can't talk to our love ones living abroad, and we can't do our usual transaction here in the computer. Hence; It contributed important information and had take the big part so we could do things as quickly as we could while living in a high tech and fast-paced world.


Without further ado, I would like to share to all of you the message of my friend.

HACKER - Marc Bethely ~ ObamaNation!!

Do not accept a friend request from a Marc Bethely he is a hacker. Tell everyone on your list because if somebody on your list adds him you get him on your list too and he'll figure out your computer's ID and address, so copy and paste this message to everyone even if you don't care for them cause if he hacks their email he hacks your mail too!

Please pass this message so to hinder him spreading the virus that could harm our computer as easy as that.

Mj Got Another Vitamins

Terry proudly told me that she bought another vitamins for Mj. Oooppss don't get me wrong I always bought her vitamins but recently I was not able to because her vitamins from last purchased is still on stock, she just didn't like taking it because it is tasteless.

Whenever I forced her to take it after breakfast she would accidentally throw it up. So since she doesn't like the taste of it, she would tend to forget it at all every morning.

Terry bought a vitamin before and she finished the whole content, I guess she likes it so much because she did not complain the taste of it. And since Terry would be back to visit us here very soon she bought again another vitamins for Mj, it is a Flintstones Gummies I hope she can take it and would finished the content again.

Total Darkness

It is all over the news that the earth hour would be on Saturday between 8:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. And the Philippines would be joining the said event; the government is announcing the people to join the forces to switch off all the non- essential and electrical appliances to raise awareness against the global warming.

The earth hour began in Sydney in 2007. 2.2 million homes and businesses participated and switch off their lights and all electrical equipments for one hour. In 2008 all major Global landmarks cooperated and went to total darkness these were the Golden Gate Bridge in San Francisco, Rome’s Coliseum, the Sydney Opera House and the Coca Cola billboard in Times Square.

Today the Philippines will join to do this eventful darkness. I am encouraging all of you to cooperate the earth hour tonight at 8:30 to 9:30 p.m. Let's all vote in to raise awareness to take action on climate change.

Mommy Moments-Summer Outing

Meeting Up With Grace

Grace is one of the closest friends I have in the call floor but since we are no longer working in that company, we seldom see each other.

Just recently when we are chatting, we decided to meet up somewhere in downtown, actually I asked her if she can accompany me for inquiring our tickets in which she said yes, even though I was late for like an hour she was patiently waiting for me.

I was amazed when I saw her, she loss weight I can't help to ask her what did she do to loss weight like that, well she just told me that she is taking a diet pills, I took diet pills before but it didn't work for me. I would maybe try, that pill but I am afraid that it would give me side effects and the like.

Good thing that there is a review for weight loss pills so I won't get worried if it is harmful for me or not. I certainly look for that diet pills, Grace has told me.

Just Tired

For three days now that I always out in the house, we have to look for the best rates in going to Manila; we inquire the PAL and the Cebu Pacific. Eh? Why Cebu Pacific? Well they always had the best deal ever so I guess I have to let gone be by gone. We will be with Terry in going back and forth so if they would mess up again, they would face him.

I was gone for three days because I have to get the best deals and thank goodness that the rate went down yesterday than the other day. Right after we get the rate and booked it, we paid it right away on the next day.

Mj was so happy when we get the tickets yesterday, well it would be her first time to board in a plane. I am looking forward of her reactions, well I hope she would enjoy the first ride.

We Have To Leave It Behind

Every time I bring the kids with me in the grocery store, they always asked me to buy a peanut butter to spread it in loaf bread for snacks at home. Even our little Faith likes it so much, that she ran the butter with her when we try to grab it back from her, we noticed that she is dipping her hands inside the glass, then licking her fingers with the butter afterwards.

But recently my sister Merlyn told us about the news of a peanut butter, the Bureau of Food and Drugs made a statement to prohibit consumers to buy any peanut butter after it will clear. Peanut Butter was speculated containing salmonella.

And now the BFD after the thorough investigation of it, the Ludy's peanut butter tests positive for salmonella with batch 3040905 and 11240810, and expiry dates 90409 and 52409 for salmonella contamination. Salmonella is a known disease-causing organism. Among the illnesses it can bring are typhoid and paratyphoid fevers, and diarrhea.

So to all moms out there beware!

When You Believe

I just watched Kung Fu Panda a while ago with my family so that is why I came up with that title "When You Believe"

In this life everyone has its own tactics to survive although it is so sad to hear when one could not seem to fight when storm in life attacks. Some would just quit and walk away and some would just think to rather die than to overcome the trials.

I am not saying that I can endure all the challenge in life, there were times before that I feel like quitting but when I thought of some other people who strive hard to survive, to defeat circumstances. They made it and why couldn’t I?

I have reached this far because I believe that I can, I was able to finish college because I believe of my dreams even that means I have to walk through the hole of the needle so to fulfill of what I just started. It was hard especially when I had no parents to support me and to tell me that I can make it to the end, only the thin voice of my Father remains in my heart that it is better to finish the line than to stop in the middle and walk away.

We just have to believe despite of whatever comes in our way. When you are broken, lonely and down, then believe that it would only pass you by and sooner or later you would able to stand up and face your life again. When someone you love neglects you and left you in the middle of your journey then believe that somewhere along the road you would find a genuine love, more of what you expect.

Remember in this way of life, past is only a history, the future is a mystery and now is a gift that's why its called present.

My Engagement Ring

It was December of 2006 when Terry surprisingly showed me a ring in the web cam when we were chatting one night, and said the ring that he was holding would be our engagement ring. I was so amazed how big the stone was, I can't help to smile so wide at that time though for me the love I felt for him could not be compare to how big or the price the ring was.

On May of 2007, the date I could not just forget, because it was the moment where our eyes met close in the airport the very first time, it was then he gave me our engagement ring. And now as I reminisce the past while looking at the ring he gave me, I realized that even there were many trials along the way as long as you are firm of what you feel towards each other, nothing in this world you could not cope up because you know that even the man you love is miles apart, his trust and loyalty would always be there no matter what.

I'd been wearing this engagement ring for almost three years now and for three years still our love burning like a fire, yes we do have shortcomings but we never put that as a hindrance for us to give up as easy as that because life is so much better when we are together and forever.

Whaaaaaaaaaattttttttttt??? Multi tasking again???

That was my initial reaction right after I finished playing the game entitled Zuma through online. My sister Merlyn was the first one who discovers the game when she was browsing in the Internet just this week. We had the Atlantis game before but it was deleted when my laptop had some issue Kuya James need to settle to, it is similar to the Zuma but according to my sister, the Atlantis is easier than the zuma and the latter part got many holes you have to avoid for. Because once the ball reaches the holes, it would be game over.

I tried the Zuma last night and while writing the blogversary writing competition, I was also hitting those balls with the same color so to avoid the game over. Faith did not bother me at all, she didn't wake up from in between her sleeps, it could be the time ran so fast that I did not notice it, because when I glance back at the clock it was already 3:00 a.m. and yet I have to wake up early tomorrow to prepare Mj to school.

Grrrr, I hate this! I hate chasing after the time while in fact I have all the time at home to play for this crap. [LOL]

Me And My Kids Went Out

That was on Sunday when we were invited by a good friend of mine to celebrate with them the birthday of their Mom, and since my kids did not went there yet I thought that would be the best time to bring them there. My friend rented a multi cab so we will not commute at all, we don't have to wait for a jeepney or a cab for us to get there back and forth.

We did not only visits one spot but also two, it was like from north to south though it was that far, we still enjoyed sight seeing and walking.

At The Crocodile Park

I thought we won't pursue the outing for Cheryl and her family had some issue to settle but who would say no to a great Mom who is celebrating her natal day today? Cheryl has been planning this event already so even though they were not able to cook some foods, they called me up around 1:00 p.m. to tell me to get ready because they would pick us up in the Jeepney stops.

We went to Malagos first to have our lunch and see some famous Philippine Eagle that you could only see here in Davao, then at 4:00 p.m. we went to Crocodile Park so to see their show on time, they have this exhibition with the crocodile.

And among their show, the balancing of the rope was the most thrilling one, it made the people scream a little though we believed that the guy was just pretending he is scared to cross over using only a rope, knowing that there are crocodile ready to catch and would eat him alive once he would make a wrong move.

Coloring Book, Pajamas And A New Bag

The DSAT birthday party has to end early at 12 nn today for most of my workmates, I mean previous workmates has to log as early as 8pm tonight, well even though I arrived there late I believed I was able to give them some smile because I brought a cake for them as promised and my way to greet my team as well a Happy 2nd birthday DSAT!

Anyway, right after the long chitchats at the venue and my dentist appointment this afternoon that is supposedly was yesterday but because of the rain that keeps on pouring the whole day, I decide to stay my butt at home. Mj and I went to the mall to grocery shop but when we finish our lunch at 2:00 p.m. we thought to roam around since Mj asked for a new coloring book, after I paid for the coloring book, we went further and then I saw the big on sale of all bag items. Honestly I don't usually buy personal things if the one I used is still in tact however my bag I am using now is I think need to be replace, aside from the skin of the sling has peeled off, its zipper is not working already too.

I spotted also a pajama that is only P129.00 for two and a short for Mj, which is only P35.00, not bad at all right? The Araw ng Davao is fast approaching and that explain why all the malls got their items on sale. When were done grocery shopping we hurriedly went home as Faith was waiting for us to be home, I have her favorite arrozcaldo and I'm sure she would love it for dinner.

Mj is now busy with her coloring book and I am so droopy here while blogging. And yet I have to write down all the expenses for today. Haay life!

Calling The Attention To All Single Ladies

I have a friend who just met a guy in a dating site and was almost get scam, I am sharing this one to all of you specially to all single ladies out there so to stop this kind of illegal action in the cyber world.

Good thing my friend was able to research it in the internet if a Fast Track Courier Services in UK do really exist, since the guy is from there, the guy has been calling her already asking her to pay the half of the custom charge of the package he sent since it was on hold in Malaysia because along with the laptop was the money he sent. He even gave my friend a tracking number so my friend could view it in the website of the said courier, the package was really on her name when she inquires it though the status was on hold.

When she research the courier at the UK website, where all the parcels company were enlisted, she could not found it and through also the advice of one friend that it maybe a scam, she did not believe that there is really a package for her. And while she was browsing the Internet about fast track courier, she found a website of complaints and a girl who also made a complaint against the fast track courier and a guy name Don whom she met in tagged website.

I was a member of a dating site . And I met a guy name Smith Collins. I've known him for just a couple of days and then surprisingly he already send me a package containing a lap top and a gold ring plus a cash of 9500pounds . I already feel doubt about what he said. Because its a violation if you'll going to send money only thru parcel package. He gave me a site in which i can track the location of the package . With the track number he gave . And you will not believe coz you can also see information about the parcel. But somebody called me up telling from Malaysian Custom that the package was being caught because of the violation and telling me to pay 4620 Malaysian ringgit. And the guy name Smith Collins called me up and told me how much I can pay for that one and he will just reimburse me if he will be coming here. good thing i've got advises from my friends and telling me not to pay because maybe that was just scam or fake.So I research online and I've seen one complain here the same as mine. telling he meet the guy in Tagged. So I sign up in Tagged and surprisingly the guy name Smith Collins appeared. So I've come up the guy who met by the one complained here last february was the same guy as mine. I would like to tell any body specially girls from dating sites. Beware of this guy .

I have always wanted to travel in an RV with my family and see such places as Mount Rushmore, Hoover Damn, the Grand Canyon and Yosemite National park. After The Colds, Heres The Fever Blister

I think I am the luckiest gal these days. [LOL] Imagine after the colds I catch a fever blister just yesterday, this is maybe because of the never-ending hot temperature here. My nephew Yanyan got this kind a month back and our neighbor as well, and now here I am experiencing the same irritation and discomfort of what they call a mouth sore.

What is Fever Blister? A small sore situated on the face or in the mouth that causes pain, burning, or itching before bursting and crusting over. The favorite locations are on the lips, chin or cheeks and in the nostrils. Less frequented sites are the gums or roof of the mouth (the palate).

The virus is highly contagious when fever blisters are present. It is spread by kissing. Children become infected by contact with someone who has a fever blister and then they spread the virus by rubbing their cold sore and touching other children. A person with fever blisters should be careful not to touch the blisters and spread the virus to new sites, such as the eyes or genitals.

There is no cure for fever blisters. Medications that can relieve some of the pain and discomfort include ointments that numb the blisters, antibiotics that control secondary bacterial infections, and ointments that soften the crests of the sores. Acyclovir, an antiviral drug, prevents the herpes simplex virus from multiplying and, in pill form, has been reported to reduce the symptoms and frequency of recurrence.

Fever blisters have plagued people for thousands of years. In ancient Rome, an epidemic of fever blisters prompted Emperor Tiberius to ban kissing in public ceremonies. Today, fever blisters still occur in epidemic proportions. About 100 million episodes of recurrent fever blisters occur yearly in the United States alone.

Fever blisters are also called cold sores, labial herpes (herpes labialis, in Latin) and febrile herpes (herpes febrilis, in Latin).

Waaaaah, I am not allowed to kiss my little baby Faith but that's alright though, its for her own good, I already bought something for my mouth sore and it sure so stingy when I put that, and since I did not read the procedure properly I burn one spot of the skin of my mouth. I think it is going to be better now I hope in a day after tomorrow, it will go away.

Until now, Terry is still trying to recover from Bronchitis; the doctor gave him antibiotics and inhaler for his cough. He is still working though for he doesn’t want to use up his vacation so he could extend his stay with us.

We are planning to move the wedding from June to July or August or it depends on the hotel and church availability when he arrives. Since we could only make a down payment when he is here. I also wanted him to see the hotel function room I inquire as well as the entourage, the photo studio, the florist and the like. I am still hoping he would be here the soonest possible time so we could reserve the first option of the month that we plan.

The plan of getting the capacity to marriage is still at ease though there are some changes to happen, and that is to have the kids with us in Manila. Mj and Faith would be with us and that means we will have a lot of fun and more laughs when we are there. Terry also wanted to get bond with Mj more so she would not feel like we are setting her aside and we just spending our time with Faith. She belongs to us, and we love her as much as we love Faith.

I am looking forward for this trip as MJ is so excited to ride in a plane, this would be the nice vacation ever for my family.

Hat's off to my fellow droppers, you just don't how much you make me happy seeing your blog here.

AAACCCHHHUUU!!!

I am not feeling well in fact I always sneezing around in the house. I am worried that Faith might catch my colds. I already took a medicine for it that's why I am feeling like drowsy. I hope to be alright by tomorrow.

Even though I am not feeling good today, I have to drag myself to go out at least in the nearest mall so to withdraw at my bank and to buy some school supplies for Mj. Faith's baby wipes are going to be out of stock soon at home, and I was also worried this morning because Mj was alone riding her motor pool for her schoolmates were absent from school, well they are siblings so what can you expect? It is not that I don't trust the driver but you know, it's better to be cautious than to be sorry at the end so I went to her school first to check on her and her lunch pack if she all finished her food, she has been good this past few weeks though, she always emptied her lunch pack.

Right after school, I headed to the nearest wet market to buy veggies and the like, it was so hot but I patiently walked it from the bank to where the wet market was situated, it is so near if you take jeepney though but a bit far if you walk, that was maybe the reason why my colds get worst tonight.

Anyway, I just have to post a new entry to my other blog then I'll be out of here. Good night everyone!

So Full

I have runny nose today and I planned not to go out or go to church, so I went to bed this afternoon to take my nap. I woke up with Faith's mimicking cry in the crib, that was so unusual for her not to get up right away, so I checked on her if she was hurt or something. She held her sheet so tight while crying with eyes closed. It was raining so hard at that time that made her not to move, she was so scared to open her eyes.

So I carried her with her holding me so tight, I put her to bed with me then suddenly the rain stops. We played a little while then and we got up to join Ate Mj and Sister Merlyn in the kitchen. It was quarter of four p.m. at that time when I thought we wouldn’t be late if we prepare ourselves to go to church.

After hearing mass, Sister Merlyn recommended a restaurant nears the church and near at where we are residing. We headed to a restaurant which catfish is their specialty. And it was superb! Their deep fry catfish was absolutely great! No wonder they have a lot of customers who comes in and go to have a taste of their deep fry or grilled catfish and Sister Merlyn said the restaurant is getting big. It is a big success to the owner who is not married yet. I bet many single guys are courting her because she does not only have the looks but she is a successful entrepreneur too.

Anyway we got Faith a soup to pair with her rice and three of us have the catfish and rice too. I also let Faith taste the catfish and I guess she like it also because she did not squirm and did not made extra movement when we put her in the table.

We went home with our stomach contented with the food they served. Burp! (Ooppss excuse)

My Cinderella

The video was taken on Sunday, while we were watching the variety show in TV; my little Faith was also wiping the floor with her dirty top.

She was so serious but when the advertisement would pop out in the screen, she will stop for a while to look at it. Yes! She likes the advertisement more than the program itself except for Froggle Rock.

After the advertisement she would go back what kept her busy a while back, I guess she knows how to laundry as well, just kidding. Well anyway, she also loves to mess up and scatter all the stuff toys in the table and if we caught her doing that, she would run as fast as she could.

But take a look of this video; I am sure she would be my little helper someday though she would mess up at times.

Bronchitis

According to Wikipedia Bronchitis is an inflammation of the air passages within the lungs. It occurs when the trachea (windpipe) and the large and small bronchi (airways) within the lungs become inflamed because of infection or other causes.

Causes:

Bronchitis occurs most often during the cold and flu season, usually coupled with an upper respiratory infection.

• Several viruses cause bronchitis, including influenza A and B, commonly referred to as "the flu."
• A number of bacteria are also known to cause bronchitis, such as Mycoplasma pneumoniae, which causes so-called walking pneumonia.
• Bronchitis also can occur when you inhale irritating fumes or dusts. Chemical solvents and smoke, including tobacco smoke, have been linked to acute bronchitis.
• People at increased risk both of getting bronchitis and of having more severe symptoms include the elderly, those with weakened immune systems, smokers, and anyone with repeated exposure to lung
  

Terry is suffering such illness right now, good thing that he went to the Doctor right in time because if he did not, it might fall into a Pneumonia, I felt bad I felt guilty. [Waaaaaaaaahh]

I Have To Buy One

I bought new rugs a long time ago, it was when we move in to this house and I am sure you could imagine now hold old and torn my rugs are.

We oftentimes wash it every weekend and as it was not the durable one, the thread was loosen and torn so easy. Since I will be going out today I might drop by in the mall so to buy area rugs. But I was hesitant that I might be getting the same old quality until I chance up to open a website that sell rugs and you know what I just found? They are on sale! Of course all of us are up to what's best for our pocket right? And one more thing, they're offering free shipping with no tax at all! Isn't it great!

I have to buy one and I will just wait for it to arrive by next coming weeks.

I Am Back!

I'd been lost this past few days, all I wanted to do was to crawl in bed, close my eyes and let the time just pass by.

I was tired of thinking over things, was hurt and depressed but we have settled all the things we need to settle. I was maybe over reacting of the things that happen but no one could blame me I guess, I was anticipating and that was it.

I guess even when you love the person too much, you just can't avoid that sometimes you both argue over a certain issue, and that you lose control at times because you are hurt.

That's why I haven't posted anything right here, I was not in the mood to do such and there were no words inside my mind would popped out. We talked and listened to each other's side, and were able to clarify all things.

So here I am, I'm back again to blogging. I think I've misses a lot of fun and some events each one of you posted, but since I am here I will try to patch up all the things I have missed.

So Worried

He is still not alright, I am so darn worried, Although he said that he was sweating today and his fever was not as high as yesterday I can't help to be so worried.

His trip would be up soon and if his fever would continue, his flight would be postponed again. I wish his fever would really subside and he would feel well so he would be here this march so we can settle all the things that we need to settle.

Plus, I miss him and the kids and I can't afford to see him sick like that especially now, especially that we are so miles apart. I wish to take good care of him, I wish the kids could see him so it would bring him smile. They said when you see the kids around or hear their laugh and smile; it would make you easy to recover.

I wish to be near with him someday, I wish the being apart would stop I wish to no more goodbyes in the airport, I wish to just say see you later instead.

Love Can Never Be Fathom or Measured

Have you questioned love before? Have you told your partner that the time he spent to you was not enough?

I have just watched a movie yesterday with the kids and the most part I like from the movie was when the girl question the love of the guy, she even said her love was greater than the guy and the guy could not level the love that girl has given to him, he did his best but for the girl it was not enough.

In my own definition, love always understand and patience, it never questioned and should never be measured whether your love is greater than the one you loved. It is fair because it is love.

When you decide to enter a relationship, it acquires time and effort to make it grow, you make it grow because you want the love to prosper and to make it forever. And if your partner can't seem to meet what you expect, don't let the relationships go that easy instead try to think of what possible way should you both can meet halfway. It is hard but you know what make that easy?

It is your love both to each other that if when the other one can't make him/her duty at times, you are there to fill in what seems to be lacking and to understand one another. As long as you know that your partner loves you more than anything, that even there are times that he may be busy at work and that you seem to feel that you are less important to his life, think it this way, that even he is at work, you are the only one he had think of because you are the most and the best thing that ever happen to his life.
